Their pain: The company needs to collect data pertaining to hours worked, expenses logged and percentage completed on all open contracts. The information is stored across several different modules of a Sage ERP system and is retrieved across several reports. These reports needed to be manually examined and modified in excel in order to retrieve relevant data. The process would take one employee several days to complete.
